In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "j804" / "we" / "us" / "the Platform" refers to j804.org and the entity operating the website, its associated mobile interfaces, and all services offered thereunder.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses j804 in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal j804 account created by a Player upon successful registration.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, payment, and related services made available on the j804 platform, including but not limited to casino games, live casino, slot games, and sports betting.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, free bets, or other incentive value credited to a Player's account under a j804 promotion.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary transactional currency of the j804 platform for Pakistani players.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the multiple of a bonus amount that a Player must wager before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

By accessing j804.org, creating an account, or using any of the Services, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with j804's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and j804. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms are available in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

Access to j804 and use of its Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of a j804 employee involved in the operation of the platform.
• You must not be self-excluded from j804 or any affiliated gaming platform.

To use the Services, you must register a j804 account. During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active j804 account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. j804 will close all duplicate accounts and may confiscate balances held therein.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j804 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. j804 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify j804 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

j804 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that registration information is false, misleading, or incomplete.

j804 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT (cryptocurrency). The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status.

All payment methods used to deposit must be registered in your own name. j804 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed, and the account may be subject to review.

j804 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such charges. Deposits are credited to your j804 account balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. j804 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, j804 will process the withdrawal to a verified payment method registered in your name following completion of identity verification.

j804 targets same-day processing of withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL) may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. USDT withdrawals are processed to the blockchain network and subject to standard network confirmation times.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing thresholds will be displayed within your j804 account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request. j804 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal at its discretion.

Bonus Wagering: Funds derived from Bonus Funds are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Real-money funds deposited by the Player remain withdrawable at any time, subject to the conditions above.

j804 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. These Terms & Conditions apply to all bonuses in addition to any promotion-specific rules.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all j804 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the individual promotion. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will expire if requirements are not met within this period.
• j804 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games or betting markets specified in the relevant promotion terms. Using Bonus Funds on excluded game types will not count towards wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotion — including exploiting perceived loopholes, using low-variance betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.

All casino games available on j804 — including slot games, live dealer tables, and table games — are provided by licensed, internationally certified game providers. Each game uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical dealing equipment, to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for j804 slot games are determined by the game provider and are available within the individual game information panels. j804 does not modify RTP values. Results of all casino game rounds are final once a round is completed and confirmed by the game system. j804 will not reverse settled game outcomes except where a verified technical malfunction is confirmed.

Technical Malfunction: In the event of a platform or game technical error that causes an incorrect display of a result, j804 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the staked amount to the Player's account. j804's liability in the event of a malfunction is limited to the return of the original stake only.

Sports betting on j804 covers cricket (including PSL, Pakistan international fixtures, and major T20 leagues), football, UFC, and other sporting events as listed on the j804 sportsbook. All bets are accepted subject to the j804 sportsbook rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type.

Bet Acceptance: j804 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion, including where the stake exceeds applicable bet limits, where there is a suspicion of irregular activity, or where a market has been incorrectly priced due to a data feed error.

Settlement: Bets are settled in accordance with the official result as recognised by the relevant sport's governing body. In the absence of an official governing body result, j804 will use widely accepted sports data providers to determine the outcome. j804 is not responsible for errors in data provided by third-party data feeds, however where such errors are confirmed, affected bets may be voided.

Abandoned Events: Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the relevant bet market's specified completion point, j804's standard void/refund policy for incomplete events will apply. Full details are available in the j804 sportsbook rules section within your account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j804 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-person rule.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration, verification, or use of the platform.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the j804 platform's software, systems, or data.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with j804's games, sportsbook, or payment systems without explicit written authorisation.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on j804.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker rooms to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing j804 customer support staff through harassment, threats, or offensive communication.

All intellectual property on the j804 platform — including but not limited to the j804 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, and game content — is owned by or licensed to j804. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any j804 intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the j804 platform or its content without the express prior written consent of j804. Unauthorised use of j804 intellectual property may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j804's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your j804 account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

j804 shall not be liable under any circumstances for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or anticipated savings.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Losses arising from third-party payment processor delays, errors, or failures beyond j804's reasonable control.
• Service interruptions resulting from scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your j804 account credentials.

j804 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. Gambling is entertainment, and j804 provides a suite of tools to help players manage their activity. These tools are available to all registered account holders at any time via the account settings section following your j804 login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automated reminders that notify you of the time elapsed during a gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period your account cannot be used for betting or gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from j804. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and once confirmed, j804 will take reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing the platform. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the minimum exclusion period.

Closure by You: You may close your j804 account at any time by contacting j804 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Closure by j804: j804 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• j804 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
• A Player has failed to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Regulatory, compliance, or licensing obligations require j804 to cease providing services to a Player.

Where an account is closed by j804 due to a breach of these Terms, j804 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance following a review, to the extent permitted by applicable regulations.

j804 may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, j804 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a notice displayed on the j804 platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of j804 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 14. The most current version of these Terms is always available at j804.org/terms-conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which j804 holds its gaming licence. By using j804's Services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or dispute resolution bodies of that jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Where j804's gaming licence includes a player dispute escalation mechanism — such as the ability to refer unresolved disputes to the relevant gaming authority — details of that process will be communicated to you by j804 customer support upon request.

Nothing in this Section affects any mandatory consumer rights you may hold under the laws of Pakistan or your jurisdiction of residence that cannot be contractually excluded.
